I. GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE TRAINING:

Mobilize students, job seekers and all other actors in the public sector, the private sector, Non-Governmental Organizations in a process of digital empowerment to bring them to master all the tools and all the skills necessary for the mastery of the digital transformation for creation and management regardless of the sector of activity considered.

II. SPECIFIC TRAINING OBJECTIVES

Allow the various participants following a synoptic and transversal approach, to have answers on all the questions inherent in the digital transformation in order to lead them to:

  • Define a global digital communication strategy.
  • Know how to use the different levers of digital transformation.
  • SEO on search engines.
  • Run an email campaign.
  • Implement a display advertising and membership operation.
  • Launch a social media campaign.
  • Measure and analyze data from its communication campaigns.
  • Work effectively with tools such as Google Suite, Slack or Trello.

This training is intended for all audiences, regardless of their origins: young unemployed people with a viable professional project, unemployed people, actors in the informal sector, auditors wishing to start a business, employees with professional experience, actors from public or private sector companies, associations and non-governmental organisations.

Module 3: Mastering digital transformation, a lever for optimizing recruitment and job search techniques.

Module 4: Digital strategy: understanding how search engines work and using them to develop your visibility.

Module 5: Digital strategy: be effective on social networks.
 Digital strategy: use of the E-mailing Platform.
Marketing: knowing how to start with Effective Templates and 6 monitoring the results of your campaign.

Module 6: Strategy for implementing internet advertising: understanding display and affiliation.

Module 7: International digital strategy: How to develop a global web strategy to conquer international markets?

Module 8: Geopolitics of Social Networks: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Twitter, Face time, Skype etc….

Module 9: The entrepreneurial approach and fundraising in the digital age.

Module 10: Management in the digital age: understanding the Agile method.

Module 11: Collaborative tools for teamwork adapted to the post-covid world.

VI. EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE TRAINING

At the end of the four weeks of mobilization around the Dakar Science Po Polaris Google digital workshops certification, participants can, among other things, expect the following results:

VIII. PLACE OF TRAINING

The training will take place online on the Dakar Science Po e-learning platform. However, registered candidates will have to download the zoom us software.

IX. TRAINING COSTS

The amount of the fees and costs inherent in the registration for the training will be communicated to the participants after their application file has been accepted.
